inDuke TechConnect, an event hosted by the Duke University Department of Computer Science, Pratt School of Engineering, and Career Center, brings students and employers together for networking and education.
Each year, employers connect with Engineering and Computer Science students in an open, dynamic networking environment. Students come prepared with resumes to meet industry and tech representatives to learn about employment opportunities available, the characteristics employers seek as well as a realistic and insightful view of the job market and career paths for students interested in engineering and technical careers.
Students from all classes are welcome to visit with employer representatives, many of whom are Duke alumni. This venue provides an open and vibrant environment for information exchange. Many companies are able to identify talent for interviews and future employees. The day-long, traditional all-majors career fair takes place Thursday January 18th in the Wilson Gym.
Our format of providing company-specific chat or meet-up areas and signage for each company offers students and employers an easy way to connect with engineering and CS students.
